Fall Art Festival

The Elizabethton Arts and Cultural Alliance is hosting a Fall Art Festival in Downtown Elizabethton on Saturday, October 12th, 2024.
This serves as a fundraising event for our nonprofit and an opportunity to exhibit outstanding artwork by our community.
We welcome all artists to apply to this juried event. Please complete the application by clicking the button below.

Discounted Vendor Fee ($30) Due By: August 2, 2024
Vendor Fee Increase to $50: August 3, 2024
Final Day to Pay Vendor Fee ($50): September 6, 2024
Festival Day: October 12, 2024
Important Fee Information
Members of the Elizabethton Arts and Cultural Alliance receive discounts when participating in our organization's events.
Membership to the organization is $20 annually. Applicants may join the organization during this application process in order receive the discounted fee for this event.
Fee Options:
Current Member, Early Fee (paid by August 2, 2024): $10
Join EACA, Early Fee (paid by August 2, 2024): $10 event cost + $20 membership = $30 total due by August 2, 2024
No Membership, Early Fee (paid by August 2, 2024): $30
Current Member, Fee After August 2, 2024: $30
Join EACA, Fee After August 2, 2024: $30 event cost + $20 membership = $50 total due by September 6, 2024
No Membership, Fee After August 2, 2024: $50
Accepted applicants will receive an email notifying them of their approval for the event.
All Vendor fees must be paid no later than September 6th in order to secure your space in the festival.
